Hey there, my name is Zhi Yong and I am a Singaporean who just finished his diploma in Financial Informatics. Being in a low-income family, money has always been an issue for me, and I always hoped that there were information or advise to teach me how to make better financial choices. I hope that by using this website, I am able to share valuable information to young adults to manage their finance better.
During my studying years, I would pick up part-time jobs such as restaurant or banquet server in order to support my own expenses as I thought that I should lighten my family’s burden. Being a young and clueless boy, I just spent whatever I earned without thinking and this pretty much led me to having no savings even after working part-time for 4 years throughout my polytechnic days.
It was only towards the end of my poly life then I started to worry about my future and think about how the money that I had could be used in another way to make more money. After reading up more materials about finance, I found that I have really wasted my money and I should plan my spending better.
My Mission On This Site is to allow everyone to share ideas and make better financial decisions
How i create content?
All the contents that you see on this site will all be planned and written by me. With that being said, I hope that you guys can be engaging and also share your opinions or topics that you are interested in so that we can all learn more new things together.
As much as I want to provide my personal opinion or experience on all the products, there would be some products where I have yet to use it myself and thus I will be relying on real customers’ reviews to create the contents.
Overall, I hope that this is going to be a fun and trusted site for you to read and gain financial ideas. This would hopefully then translate to you making better decisions and plan a better future as you meet your financial goals using our information.
